At AllTechNow, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery options, processing times, and more.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if any significant delays are expected.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the contiguous United States. Free shipping orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on package size and weight.
Shipping Rates & Methods
For orders under $150, the following shipping options are available at checkout:
- USPS Priority Mail — 2–5 business days (calculated at checkout)
- UPS Ground — 3–7 business days (calculated at checkout)
- UPS 2-Day Air — 2 business days (calculated at checkout)
- UPS Next Day Air — 1 business day (calculated at checkout)
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the destination address. Exact rates will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take additional time and may incur higher shipping costs.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
Order Tracking
Full tracking is provided on every shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also check your order status by logging into your AllTechNow account.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products, such as lithium batteries, hazardous materials, or oversized items, may have shipping restrictions or require special handling. These restrictions will be noted on the product page. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized or heavy items.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Please inspect your package upon delivery and take photos of any damage to the outer packaging and the product itself. This will help expedite the claims process.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. AllTechNow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. UPS shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses. If you have a P.O. Box address, please select a USPS shipping method at checkout.
