Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
  • The item must not have been installed, modified, or show signs of wear.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened software or digital products
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., certain batteries or chemicals)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@alltechnow.com or call +1 (901) 654-6523 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Important: Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.


Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). In those cases, AllTechNow will provide a prepaid return shipping label.


Refund Policy

Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of certain high-value items, oversized items, or items returned in opened but unused condition. Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated to you before the return is processed.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Items returned with missing parts, accessories, or packaging
  • Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or model when available. To request an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item is a different price, we will either charge or refund the difference.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)
  • A brief description of the issue

Warranty Policy

Manufacturer Warranty

Most products sold by AllTechNow are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product and are outlined in the documentation included with your purchase.

AllTechNow is an authorized dealer for the brands we carry. We will assist you in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims by:

  • Helping you identify the correct warranty contact for the manufacturer
  • Providing proof of purchase documentation
  • Assisting with the claims process where possible

If you believe your product has a warranty-covered defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the manufacturer's warranty terms included with your product for coverage details and duration.
  2. Contact us at info@alltechnow.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
  3. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may involve contacting the manufacturer directly or shipping the product to an authorized service center.

What's Not Covered by Warranty

Warranties typically do not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water or environmental damage (unless the product is rated for such conditions)
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
